BLUE SECTION

The blue projects describe food supply chain and distribution to make people aware about local products of excellence and to give them the right knowledge to choose healthy food – for example how to read food labels. The “Blue Fork trainers” showed the experience of organic and sustainable agriculture from their local area, the eco-friendly food production chain, and the different ways to produce food.
